  • How do I know if the items will fit me?
    We include the item brand name when applicable so you can go based off of previous shopping experience and the item measurements are in the details for reference.
  • Can I give you my used items?

  • How do I return an item?
    We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us at bloomboutiquelongisland@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • What if my item is damaged?
    Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you received the wrong item please contact us at bloomboutiquelongisland@gmail.com with your order number/receipt and you will be sent a prepaid return label.
